I really liked your dissection of the intricacies surrounding pre-publication reviews. Since I am used to having my manuscripts peer-reviewed before publication, which is what I am doing with manuscripts that come to my desk, I am welcome and open to a new system that you propound.
Webmedcentral site is facing login problems. Every time they are asking to reset the password. Is it a deliberate security feature or a glitch? i have mailed and got an autoreply.
